The Board of Management of Gaelscoil Philib Barún are delighted to announce that the Department of Education has approved the construction of 2 special needs classroom and ancillary rooms. This extension, of over 450 sq. metres, is a very significant capital investment in the school’s infrastructure. Autism Special Class

We are delighted to announce that an autism special class has been sanctioned by the Department of Education to open in Gaelscoil Philib Barún in September 2024. The class will cater for a maximum of six pupils. Applications can be made by submitting an email seeking enrolment, to be accompanied by a birth certificate and any relevant professional reports. Parents’ Association Funding Opportunity

Good news!! Gaelscoil Philib Barún has been chosen by Tesco Tramore as one of the causes that are supported in their upcoming Tesco Community Fund campaign that starts on Monday, 26 February 2024. The campaign runs for 12 weeks (up to 19 May 2024) and includes Easter and the May bank holiday. So, if you are shopping in Tesco please remember to ask for/collect some of the round blue tokens and then place them in the Gaelscoil Philib Barún box.
