School Year Changes

As outlined in the latest school newsletter (March 2022), the school year has been reduced by one day to accommodate the one-off public holiday on Friday, 18 March 2022. Schools which were already closed for that day must reduce their school year by one day and we have done this by closing one day earlier in June 2022. Application for Enrolment 2022

As stated in our Annual Admission Notice, applications for enrolment in Junior Infants for the School Year 2022-2023 will be accepted during the month of February 2022. Please complete in the 2022 Application for Enrolment form here and return to the school (either by post to this address or by email to eolas@pilibbarun.com). Applications should be received no later than Monday, 28 February 2022.

Virtual Classroom Updates

The school has decided to minimise as much as is possible the amount of books and copybooks that have to be brought home from school during the 2021-2022 school year. To this end, we will continue to use Padlet, Seesaw and Edmodo to help with homework. Book Rental 2021/22

The Board of Management has agreed the cost of the book rental fees for the school year 2021/22 and we can confirm that they will remain the same as last year.
