School Closure due to Snow

The Board of Management of Gaelscoil Philib Barún has decided to close the school on Monday, 6 January 2025 due to the hazardous conditions around the school environs following today’s snowfall and icy conditions.

The road into the school and paths around it are very particularly slippery following the recent snow and we feel they will be hazardous to use.

We plan to open on Tuesday, 7 January 2025, conditions permitting.
