Celebrating a Milestone: 10 Years Ago

As we enjoy yet another wonderful collection of Christmas Concerts, delivered by a new generation of talented pupils in our beautiful school hall, we were reminded of a very important milestone that occurred exactly 10 years ago today on Wednesday, 17 December 2014.

Just moments before wrapping up the first night of the 2014 school concerts, the School Principal (Daithí de Paor) received a very important phone call – one he had been waiting almost 30 years for. He wasted no time in sharing the news he had just received with the assembled audience (a moment which was captured in the video below), which was that we had finally made it onto the official permanent school building list!

As you can hopefully appreciate from the video, we are so incredibly fortunate to have the wonderful facility we now enjoy every single day (and some nights), and we look forward to many more days and nights strengthening our school community around it!
